Homemade pasta recipe
Posted in : Pasta recipes on by : pastadmin
Pasta is not only tasty but also very useful! Most of its calories are not contained in pasta itself but in the sauces and its ingredients – mostly cream and cheese. Homemade pasta requires skill, but if you master this art you will undoubtedly become a big fan.
Classic homemade pasta recipe
Ingridients
750 g of flour
8-10 eggs
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of white wine
5 g of salt
Recipe
– Sift the flour; add eggs, olive oil, wine and salt.
– Knead the dough, and if necessary add a little bit of water for better mixing.
– Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in a wet towel (or plastic wrap) and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to rest.
By the way, for making homemade pasta you can buy a ready-made flour mixture – in this case the dough can even turn out better. The finished pasta can be frozen – just put the dough on a wooden cutting board, spread it out and cut it in as many and as large or small pieces as you want and put it in the freezer.
Green homemade pasta recipe
Ingridients
1 kg of flour
300g of spinach
2-3 eggs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Recipe
– Properly rinse the spinach, then add eggs and mix together to form a sauce.
– Make dough with flour and water and make a hole in the center, add the sauce made of spinach and eggs, then pour the olive oil and knead the dough until the desired consistency. If it is too thin – add more flour, if it’s too steep – add water. You can also knead the dough in a food processor.
– Shape dough into a ball, wrap in plastic film and put it in the fridge for 40 minutes.
– You may also boil the spinach for 2-3 minutes before making a sauce if it’s too coarse.
