Carbonara sauce

Ingridients
300 g of bacon
1 garlic
1 onion
100g of parmesan cheese
6 eggs
140 ml of cream
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 sweet pepper
spicy herbs
salt and black pepper
Recipe
– Peel and chop onion and garlic.
– Wash pepper and cut it in half, remove the seeds with a spoon.
– Finely chop tomatoes.
– Wash, dry and finely chop spicy herbs.
– Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes.
– Add garlic and pepper, cook for 2 minutes.
– Add tomatoes, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
– Cook on very low heat for 40 minutes.
– Add herbs, stir and serve hot.
